The AIT Institute's Story and Vision |
About Us: The AIT Institute was founded in 2004 by Kari J. Kindem, Director. It is the largest website on Berard Auditory Integration Training in the world and has been in a valuable resource for millions of website visitors to date! It was was begun after Kari and her husband witnessed the tremendous positive success of AIT in many of their loved ones. Our executive management team includes Kari J. Kindem along Thomas U. Swidler, who is the Director of Technology and Operations. Thomas capably handles all website technical issues, customer service and quality assurance for AIT services to the many clients we have served or supported around the globe. The AIT Institute's administrative offices are located in San Jose, California, USA. Our Vision: Our vision is as global one and we seek to bring the power of Berard AIT to more families worldwide and improve more lives with the power of AIT! The AIT Institute has served thousands of families worldwide with accurate and unbiased information on Auditory Integration Training. We are proud to be the largest, most comprehensive web site in the world on the Berard method of AIT! Our website contains hundreds of pages of helpful AIT information. At Home AIT Services: The AIT Institute provides convenient Practitioner supervised At Home AT Services to qualified candidates in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and certain English speaking countries. AIT Checklist On-Line: To see if you qualify for AIT services, candidates must first complete the AIT Checklist. We also offer access to a free Auditory Symptoms Checklist. AIT Professional Practitioner Seminar Training: We promote and provide on-line Professional Training Seminars for new candidates in the USA and other English speaking countries who qualify for professional training and mentoring. AIT Research: We collect and publish scientific clinical research on AIT. We also collect, research and publish related resources and articles on auditory research, autism and AIT, Sensory Processing Disorder and AIT and many other resources. On-Line Resources: We provide free on-line resources on Berard AIT information to parents, participants. We collect and publish real life AIT success stories about children, teenagers and adults who have benefitted from AIT services. |
